For the last thirty or so minutes, I was writing the intro to this short story for CW111 I’m making. The plot, I have already conceptualized, although it’s still a bit hazy to me. If this story’s not worth pursuing, please tell me immediately and I’ll scrap this idea, provided there’s a good reason for doing so. :)

Around 700 lightyears away from Earth was a planet called Jujuvaria. The Jujuvarians were humanoid creatures who looked exactly like humans. Their faces looked human, they had the same bodily proportions as humans, and they had the same intellectual capacities that humans had.
What made Jujuvarians different from humans, however, was that unlike humans, they didn’t have chemicals circling through their bloodstreams telling them what to do. For instance, when their stomachs were empty, they didn’t feel hungry like humans did. They simply knew at exactly what time they needed nourishment and the amount they needed to ingest. This was why there were no overweight humanoids in Jujuvaria, unlike in Earth where humans often eat and drink more than what is needed. This is not entirely the fault of humans. Eating often triggers in them the release of endorphin, which makes them temporarily feel pleasure in their bloodstreams. Happiness was the word they used for this temporary physiological state.
And when two Jujuvarians had contradicting ideas, they spent time among themselves calculating which one was true. When they finally came to a conclusion, the one with the wrong idea simply acknowledged “You were right, and I was wrong.” And that was that. Humans were different. When two humans realize they have contradicting ideas, their bodies are flooded with a hormone called cortisol, which creates a great deal of stress among them, and they would shout among themselves to prove themselves right. Whoever was right was decided by how loud one shouted in this shouting match. Sometimes, if no one was proven right, this shouting match would go on for years, even decades, until both of them forget why they had the shouting match in the first place.
As you can probably guess, Jujuvaria was a very peaceful planet where the humanoids got along very well.
